After 30 years of hunting every game animal available to us and after inviting most of our friends over for meals made with those animals, our friends have asked that we do a helpful hint book.
Well the book is not forth coming, but we have decided to go online with some of our helpful hints.

After several tries and a lot of successes we have come across some spices that will greatly improve the gamy taste of some animals.
Many friends have said that they taste the difference in the meat, but they don't taste any gamy flavor.
